I bought 2 of these keyboards. One worked as described and the other did not function properly. I reported the issue and after sending video of the fault I was sent a new unit quickly. Only dissatisfaction was I was asked to pay for some of the delivery cost of the replacement unit, but figured it wasn’t the vendor’s personal fault so contributed. Overall pleased with the service.

I bought 2 of these keyboards. One worked as described and the other did not function properly. I reported the issue and after sending video of the fault I was sent a new unit quickly. Only dissatisfaction was I was asked to pay for some of the delivery cost of the replacement unit, but figured it wasn’t the vendor’s personal fault so contributed. Overall pleased with the service.
