6xl was good for me, 188 cm tall and 115 kg. 5 xl would be too small. I use them for tennis. Tennis ball fits in the pocket well. Not too tight, allows good movement.

Nice shorts. Quality. I have a 40" waist and wear us or european sizes xl or 2 xl, but i ordered 6 xl here and it fits perfectly. So order 4 sizes larger than you usually wear. The string could be longer, it sometimes goes back inside the hole and you have to fish it out.
