Goldfarbene High Heels mit dicker Sohle

I regularly purchase the red sole high-heel shoe shown in the picture. However, this time you have sent a beige-colored sole shoe, which is completely different from what is shown.

I would like to highlight that i always buy the red sole shoe because it is durable and i have used it comfortably for more than three months. Unfortunately, the beige sole shoe you sent this time is not durable at all and got damaged within two weeks, making it unusable.

Please explain why the product sent does not match the picture shown, and the reason for sending a different sole color when i clearly ordered the red sole shoe. I am very disappointed, as i specifically prefer and regularly purchase the red sole version due to its quality and durability.

I really like this product and want to buy it again and again for my personal use, not for commercial purposes.
