1. Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process, which may include providing you with a return shipping label or other instructions.

  • Return the package within 7 days of receiving the return slip.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary based on your payment provider’s policies on average it take about 10 days to complete the transaction.

3. Exceptions

Please note that some items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made items: Items that have been personalized or custom-made specifically for you may not be eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Perishable goods: We do not accept returns on perishable goods, such as food items, flowers, or other time-sensitive products.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@frishay.com within 3 days of receiving product . Provide detailed information about the issue along with photos of the item and its packaging. We will assess the situation and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to reasons such as change of mind or ordering the wrong item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
